Online Returns and Exchanges
Our returns policy allows you to a full refund for any products (see exceptions below) that are faulty or not as ordered minus the initial shipping costs (if any).
From receipt of your order you have 14 days for New Zealand and Australia orders, or 31 days for all other countries, to return items with proof of purchase, order number, the name the order was placed under and the reason for the return.
Returned items are at the expense of the purchaser (including any currency conversion and / or local or international taxes), and must be in as new condition.
Exceptions
Sale and clearance items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Faulty products
If a SinglePinz product is faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown then we will meet our legal obligation which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product provided the item is returned in accordance with our refund and exchange policy.
How to return an online order via post
1. Contact SinglePinz. We will need to see proof of purchase, order number, the name the order was placed under and the reason for the return.
2. Pack your product for return. We need to inspect and confirm the item. Goods shipped back to us at the customers expense.

Purchase postage and drop your package to the nearest post office or post box.
4. Processing - once we receive your package, we’ll check the item(s) to see if our returns policy has been met. Once approved, we’ll process the refund and notify you by email. The refund will appear in your bank account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
Please note: All returns or exchanges remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by SinglePinz.
